Dr. Bell earned his medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Tucuman in Argentina in 1993. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana in July 1997. He completed his fellowship in Nephrology at the Medical University of South Carolina in 1999 where he was also a faculty member for two years. Dr. Bell is a member of the South Carolina Medical Association and is fluent in the Spanish language.
